Thanks for checking out this episode of Ska’s The Limit!  Last night’s episode was jam-packed with new tunes and classic hits.   In the new stuff category, we had big names Maddie Ruthless, The Forthrights, King Django, The Pepper Pots and Roger Rivas!  We also debuted a few tracks from bands that are new to us like, Finks Constant and The Prisoner tribute group, Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling.  As for the classic hits- well, you don’t need me to tell you about Alton Ellis, The Specials and Jackie Mittoo-

Back for another episode, eh?  Last night, we started off with a bit of a Jamaican Styles Clinic, where I showcased sets of Ska, Rocksteady and Early Reggae, in an attempt to educate the uninitiated.   Then we moved on to some new tracks and song debuts from The Forthrights, Mr. Symarip and The Caroloregians!  We even featured a couple of Ska-Reggae-Calypso-Hip-Hop mash ups before all was said and done.  All in all, a killer show, if I say so myself.

So much new music dropped last night!  Brand new tunes from The Forthrights, Lord Mouse, Mr. T-Bone and 65 Mines Street- as well as classics from Jackie Mittoo, The Hippy Boys, Lloyd Charmers and Glen Adams.  Speaking of classics, I also presented what little Classical Reggae I could find, both (originally) by Tchaikovsky- Swan Lake and Piano Concerto No. 9 both done in an Early Reggae style.
